If you have previously registered with Lulaway, simply type your ID Number and Cellular Number in the boxes provided

If you are unsure if you are registered with Lulaway, simply type your ID Number and Cellular number in the boxes above and we'll let you know if you are registered

If we find your ID Number and Cellular number on the system, we will SMS you a unique PIN. You will be required to confirm this PIN in order to login

Once you have confirmed your PIN, we will remember you and you will not be required to login again (If you logout, we will require that you type your ID Number and Cellular number again and send you a new PIN)

Some Things to Remember

• Your ID Number must be 13 numbers long and must not contain any spaces, dashes or dots
• If you registered on the Lulaway System with your Passport number, you must type your passport number in without any spaces, dashes or dots
• Your Cellular Number must be 10 numbers long and start with either 08, 07 or 06. It cannot contain any spaces, brackets, dashes or dots
• You DO NOT need to internationalise your Cellular Number (Drop the leading 0 and add +27)
